As per American Nurses Association ( ANA) Stress amongst nurses is one of the most underappreciated yet impactful issues from which nurses are suffering. It surfaces in so many aspects of a nurse’s work and personal life. The emotional demands are boundless and the physical demands/fatigue can be burdensome. If you are a nurse I would like to hear your personal experience with nursing and stress level. For Now, I would like to suggest you plan at least two short trips in a year and see the difference in your lifestyle.
